Desiree L. Talley, Esq. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Desiree L. is currently serving as the Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs at REVOLT MEDIA & TV. Prior to this, they held the position of Member at Chief. Desiree also founded and hosted a podcast called POPLAW, which focused on exploring legal issues in the entertainment industry.

Desiree has also worked at BDG as an Associate Director & Counsel and as Counsel, where they provided legal support and advice. Desiree L. has also established their own boutique entertainment law firm called Talley Law Group PLLC, where they served as the Founder and Principal.

Additionally, Desiree has experience as a Legal Consultant, Event Planner, and Strategy and Brand Partnership professional at The Creative Collective NYC. Desiree L. has also worked as Counsel in the Commercial and Operations Group at Mercer - Marsh & McLennan Companies (MLA Global). Furthermore, Desiree has held positions in the Business & Legal Affairs departments of Viacom and ASCAP.

In their early career, Desiree worked as a Legal Consultant at Catholic Charities - Refugee and Immigration Services. Desiree L. holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from St. John's University School of Law, specializing in Intellectual Property Law and Entertainment Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Hampton University, with a focus on Public Relations and Political Science. Additionally, they have completed a Music Industry Essentials Certificate Program from New York University and received a High School Diploma from Jesse M. Bethel High School. Desiree L. has also obtained professional certifications in Makeup from the Media Makeup Academy and in Mixology from the San Francisco School of Bartending.
