Dave Shirley Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, production, and brand development. Dave is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Creative Development & Production at REVOLT, where they have been since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Creative Producer at REVOLT from an unspecified start date in 2021 until November 2022. Dave also worked as a Producer at Day at Nite starting in August 2018. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Talent Manager & Brand Partnerships Manager at Grey Space Group in 2017 and Personal Assistant to the Chairman at Combs Enterprises from 2015 to 2017. Dave has also worked at REVOLT MEDIA & TV as an Associate Manager of Brand & Integrated Marketing and Marketing Coordinator in 2014 and 2013 respectively. Additionally, they contributed as a Marketing Assistant at Artist Arena/Warner Music Group from January to April 2013, and interned at the Executive Office of Combs Enterprises from 2012 to 2013. Other positions include a Production Assistant at Incognitus in 2012, and a Marketing & Public Relations role at Jenesis Magazine from January to June 2012.

Dave Shirley Jr. began their education at Piper High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2006. Dave then attended Full Sail University from 2010 to 2011, earning an Associate of Science degree in Recording Engineering. Dave further pursued their education at Full Sail University from 2011 to 2012, successfully completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment Business.
