Agnieszka Malonik Taggart is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Procurement Director at Revlon since September 2015, Agnieszka oversees a diverse portfolio of raw materials, packaging, components, and services, while focusing on growth through risk management and cost optimization. As the owner of Drones and Pixels (Pty) Ltd since March 2020, Agnieszka aims to deliver innovative drone solutions within budget constraints by leveraging technical knowledge in UAV technologies. Previous roles include Africa NPS Procurement Manager, Country Procurement Manager, and Strategic Buyer at RB, managing non-production spend and raw materials portfolios across Africa. Earlier experience includes sourcing components for telecommunications at APW and supporting procurement activities at NSK. Agnieszka holds a BCom in Economics from the Higher School of Economy and Administration and a diploma in Project Management from the Warsaw School of Social Psychology.
