Pav Badala is a highly experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial leadership roles. Currently serving as Financial Director at RevLifter since June 2022, Pav previously held the same title at Ginx TV Ltd., where strategic initiatives and budgetary discipline were key focuses. Earlier experience includes leadership as Head of Finance at Freesat, overseeing long-term business planning and financial operations, and founding Savi Global Investors Ltd., where significant financial systems and controls were developed. Pav's career began at HW Fisher & Company as an Audit Supervisor. Academically, Pav holds a BSc in Statistics, Computers, Operational Research, and Economics from UCL and is a member of ICAEW.
