Seema Bhat has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Seema is currently working at Reviva Pharmaceuticals as the Vice President of Program and Portfolio. Seema started this role in March 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of R&D Programs and IP at Reviva Pharmaceuticals from March 2014 to 2019. Before joining Reviva Pharmaceuticals, Seema worked as the Manager of R&D Programs and IP at the same company from February 2011 to 2014. Seema also has experience at Genentech, where they worked as a Medicinal Chemist from 2008 to 2010.

Seema Bhat has a Bachelor's degree with honors in Organic Chemistry from Central University in NEHU, India, which was completed in 1991. Seema then pursued a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Central University NEHU in India, which they completed in 1993. Later, Seema completed a program in Clinical Trials Design and Management at the University of California, Santa Cruz, an extension of U.C Berkeley, CA, which ended in 2012.
