Mikko Nietosvaara has extensive work experience in project management and operations roles in various companies. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at RapidBlue Solutions as an Operations Manager, where they handled the installation and validation of service systems, managed customer reporting systems, and contributed to product development. At ShopperTrak, from 2013 to 2017, Mikko served as a Global Operations Manager, responsible for training teams globally, improving internal processes, providing sales support, and coordinating new customer deployments.
