Nicky Procaccini

Head of Enablement at RevGen

Nicky Procaccini has over 16 years of work experience in various roles. Their most recent position is as a Senior People and Culture Adviser at Milford, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Leading Edge NZ, where they held multiple roles including Head of Enablement, Head of People and Culture, and People and Culture Business Partner. In these roles, Nicky was responsible for delivering HR support and services aligned with the company's vision and strategic objectives. They also worked at Opus International Consultants as a Learning and Development Advisor, where they coordinated and implemented learning initiatives across the organization. Before that, they served as a Programme Manager and Management Assessor at Skills Team, and as a Team Leader at the Institute of Environmental Science and Research Ltd (ESR). Their earliest work experience was as a Bio Analytical Lab Technician at ZenTech Dunedin, where they analyzed biological samples for clinical trial purposes. Throughout their career, Nicky has demonstrated strong skills in HR, learning and development, and team management.

Nicky Procaccini obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Otago, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they also hold a L3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement, which they obtained from OCR in October 2011.
