Lee Hudson Teslik has a long and distinguished career in the business world. In 2021, they founded and became the CEO of Reverence, a company aiming to improve the consistency and quality of senior care models. Prior to this, they were the Head of Strategy & Operations for Ad Platforms and Display Media at Google from 2016-2021. From 2011-2016, they were a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. From 2006-2011, they were a Senior Analyst (Macroeconomics) at the Council on Foreign Relations & Roubini Global Economics. Lastly, from 2005-2006, they were a Speechwriter for Her Majesty Queen Rania of Jordan at the Royal Hashemite Court.

Lee Hudson Teslik has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Literature from Harvard University, which they obtained in 2005. Lee Hudson also has an MBA from INSEAD, which they obtained in 2011.
