Thomas Fagan is currently the Director of the Portfolio Transformation Group at Revelstoke Capital Partners. Thomas has over six years of experience in consulting and management, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences.

Fagan began their career as a Business Development Consultant at Cerecin. Thomas then became an intern at Google in their SMB Global Customer Experience department. After Google, Fagan worked as a Registered Client Associate at Merrill Lynch for two years.

In 2013, Fagan joined Deloitte as a Manager in their Healthcare & Life Sciences Strategy practice. Thomas has experience working with healthcare provider, biopharmaceutical, and medical technology organizations on strategic and operations transformation engagements from assessment through implementation. Their work has included cost management and quality improvement, operating model design, R&D transformation, clinical development process assessment / evaluation / optimization, and strategic pipeline building. As a Senior Consultant, Fagan served a variety of life sciences and healthcare clients. Their work was primarily focused on leading teams on R&D strategy, program management, and large-scale strategic cost transformation engagements.

In their current role as Vice President of the Portfolio Transformation Group at Revelstoke Capital Partners, Fagan is responsible for leading a team that is focused on improving portfolio company performance through operational and strategic initiatives.

Thomas Fagan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School and a BS in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Their fields of study are marketing, finance, and health care management. Thomas is a Leadership Venture Fellow and Head Writer for Wharton Follies. Thomas is also the President of Ski and Snowboard Club and VP of Marketing & Communications for Out for Business.
