Karen Smith is an experienced entrepreneur and billing resource consultant with a diverse background in business ownership and medical billing. As the owner of Capone's Downtown Speakeasy since May 2018, Karen manages a live music venue bar in Shelbyville, IN. In addition to this role, Karen has been a billing resource consultant at Revele since October 2014, overseeing revenue cycle management for multiple medical practices. Karen also co-owns Lindel's Sewer & Drain, a venture that has spanned over three decades. Previously, Karen held various positions at Comfort Keepers, including administrator, operations manager, and care coordinator, from February 2012 to October 2014.
