Keith Williams is the current head of Rideshare Operations at Revel. Prior to this, they spent 16 years at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC., where they eventually became the Director of Analytics, Enterprise Reporting & 1-800Flowers Process Improvement. In this role, Keith was responsible for managing processes and reporting activities across financial, planning, productivity, quality compliance and training departments for the company's service center organization. This included overseeing multiple groups to ensure integrity of all publications and implementing processes to maintain data integrity. Keith also contributed to the development, management, and execution of systems and local tools to drive consistency and efficiency in managing the business, as well as executing project plans to implement new/enhanced processes/system capabilities.
During their time at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Keith also helped establish and plan a $50MM Multi-Branded annual budget for the service center portion of the company. Keith also designed and implemented a new reporting structure across the enterprise utilizing analysis solutions such as SAS, SQL, and Excel. Finally, Keith established and defined KPI metrics to measure performance of omnichannel business channels. Thanks to their efforts, 1-800-FLOWERS.COM was able to run more efficiently and effectively while providing better service to its customers.
Keith Williams' educational career includes studying Management Information Systems at The City University of New York. Keith also holds a certification from Microsoft in Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist MCTS.
They work with Steven Brathwaite - Ground Operations Support Lead, Anne Emig - Vice President, Business Operations, and Tristan Andurand - Operations Manager. Their manager is Paul Suhey, Co-Founder & COO.
