Michael Santinon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael started their career in 1999 at Office World Pty Ltd, where they gained experience in various roles including retail systems tech, sales, technical sales, support, training, business admin, and accounting.

In 2009, they became the owner of Reliable Retail Professionals, providing outsourcing of POS/IT project management and delivery for large-scale clients in the events industry.

From 2012 to 2015, they held leadership positions in Gridiron Victoria, serving as the Vice President and Member at Large.

Michael then joined Cashregisters.com.au as a technical sales consultant from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Michael worked as a client success manager at Revel Systems iPad POS, managing pre and post-sales project management for high-profile clients.

Subsequently, they worked at Abacus Soultions Pty Ltd as a team lead for client success engineers, focusing on NMI certification and enhancing reporting capabilities.

Michael Santinon has a diverse education history with a focus on information technology and business management. In 2020, they completed the Scrum Certification program at Udemy Alumni, where they studied Scrum Fundamentals. Before that, in 2018, they attended Academy Xi and studied User Experience Design.

In 2010, Michael obtained a Certificate 3 in Micro Business Design from NMIT, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Michael also holds a certificate as a Microsoft Retail Management System Certified Professional, which they earned in 2004 from NMIT.

Earlier in their career, in 1997, Michael completed a Certificate 4 in Computer Maintenance at the Computer Power Institute, further advancing their knowledge in the field of Information Technology.

During their schooling years, Michael attended Lakeside High School from 1986 to 1992, where they completed their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education). Michael also attended St Joseph The Worker from 1978 to 1984.

In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained additional certifications. In February 2020, they completed an Agile Scrum Course: Scrum Fundamentals | Scrum Certification from Udemy.
