Justina Šimelevičienė has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justina started their career in 2011 as a Trainee of Credit Assessment Department at Danske Bank. Justina then interned at Avia Solutions Group AB before joining Western Union as a Client Operations Coordinator in 2012.
In 2013, Justina joined Transcom as a Business Support Team Member (Resource Planner) and later became a Senior Analyst. At Transcom, they gained experience in resource planning and analysis.
In 2016, Justina moved to Revel Systems where they held various roles. Justina started as a Workforce Management Specialist, responsible for managing and optimizing the workforce. Later, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst - Customer Success. In this role, they created and maintained business reports for different departments, implemented adjustments based on feedback, and increased technical awareness among stakeholders.
Throughout their career, Justina has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt to different roles and industries.
Justina Šimelevičienė completed their education with a Master's degree in Applied Economics: Economic Policy from the University of Antwerp in the years 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
