Devon Banks has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

In 2013, Devon joined the US Army as a Combat Engineer, serving until 2021. During this time, they attained the position of Squad Leader in the 2nd Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division for a period from March 2020 to November 2020. Devon also held roles in US Army TRADOC, including Armorer, Instructor/Writer, and Ammunition Manager from January 2019 to March 2020.

In 2014, Devon served as a Team Lead in the 1st Armored Division until January 2016.

In 2021, Devon transitioned to the civilian sector and worked at Resupply as part of the Service to Software- Driver Support Team from May 2021 to August 2021.

From August 2021 to November 2022, Devon worked at Revel Systems, initially as a Sales Development Representative and later transitioning to the role of Junior Sales Operations Analyst.

Devon Banks holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Columbia College, which was obtained in the years 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, Devon completed a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in the field of Business Administration and Management, General at Columbia College from 2021 to 2023. Devon also earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia College between 2018 and 2021. In addition to these academic achievements, Devon obtained certifications in "Driving to Close" and "Filling the Funnel" from JB Sales Training in April 2021.
