Robert Gonzalez has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different roles and industries. Robert is currently working at Revel Communities as the IT Director. Prior to this, they were an IT Manager at the same company and an Application Support Engineer. Before joining Revel Communities, Robert worked at Onni Group of Companies as a Sr. Systems Training Manager and a Business Application Manager. Robert also served as a Yardi Administrator at the company. Additionally, Robert has experience working as a System Support Specialist at Avenue5 Residential, a Lead Systems & Training Support Specialist at Invitation Homes/Waypoint Homes, and a Senior Property Accountant at Beazer Pre-Owned Rental Homes. Robert started their career at Bridge Property Management as a Senior Property Manager and previously worked as an Assistant Manager at Integrity Asset Management, where they had responsibilities in creating an inviting atmosphere for residents, conducting file audits for applicants, and implementing effective lease renewal programs.

Robert Gonzalez attended the University of Arizona in 2019, where they studied Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. Prior to that, in 2013, Robert completed a Real Estate Hours program at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, focusing on Real Estate/Property Management. From 2004 to 2006, they obtained University Credits in Communications/Advertising & Public Relations at The University of Texas at El Paso. Apart from their formal education, Robert also obtained certifications such as a Training Certificate Program from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in April 2015 and a National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) certification from the National Apartment Association in May 2007.
