Alecia T. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Alecia began their career in 2002 at National Community Renaissance, where they served as a Senior Asset Manager and was responsible for launching new facilities and leading a multi-site team. In 2008, Alecia joined Topa Management Company as a Regional Asset Manager, overseeing cross-functional teams and negotiating contracts. Alecia then transitioned to Brandman University, Part of the Chapman University System, where they worked as a Student from 2015 to 2018. In 2020, Alecia joined MFG Precision as a Compliance Administrator before taking on their current role as the Director of Business Operations at Revel Communities in 2023.

Alecia T. completed their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Orange Coast College between 2012 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Alecia obtained certifications as a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance Specialist from the Tax Credit Allocation Committee in March 2001 and as a Certified Community Residential Manager from the California Apartment Association in February 1999.
