Nick Droste currently serves as the Operational Excellence Program Manager at Bora Pharmaceuticals since August 2024 and holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors for Reveille Grounds, where efforts focus on strengthening veteran communities in Baltimore. As the Business Owner of Villainous Biscuits LLC, Nick operates a pop-up vendor known for biscuits and gravy. Previously, Nick held several roles at Emergent BioSolutions, including Program Manager for Operational Excellence, where responsibilities included developing global human performance training, and Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, overseeing quality teams. Additional experience includes consulting roles with the Maryland State Highway Administration and Truvelop, alongside a distinguished 19-year career in the US Army, culminating as a Senior Operations Advisor. Nick holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
