Victor Sousa has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as Director of Project Management at Reveal Marketing Group, Inc. since August 2015. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating projects, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and advising team members to enhance efficiency. Previously, Victor held the position of Senior Project Manager, overseeing trade show exhibit development from initiation to execution, with a focus on budget and relationship management. Prior to Reveal Marketing Group, Victor was a Senior Project Manager at Showcare Event Solutions, managing teams and supporting over 200 trade show events annually, while developing budgets and critical paths for various accounts. Victor holds an education from George Brown College, completed between 1992 and 1994.
