Rajiv Sondhi is an accomplished technology executive and co-founder of several innovative companies. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Open Ana since December 2023, Rajiv focuses on human-centric AI in software development. Rajiv also holds the position of Co-Founder and Chief Enabler Officer at Revca, dedicated to enhancing the intelligence of connected devices, and serves as Group Chief Technology Officer at Arcadis, committed to improving quality of life through innovative technology solutions. Prior roles include Vice President of Information Technology at Capital One, where Rajiv transformed technology culture to align with a 'Digitally Native' strategy, as well as senior positions at Under Armour, General Motors, IBM Global Services, Deloitte Consulting, and CGE&Y. Rajiv holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Delhi University.
