Meg Houck is a Design Engineer II at Revamp Engineering, Inc., since August 2023, with prior experience as an Associate Engineer at Blue Ridge Power from July 2022 to July 2023, where project cost estimates and early stage civil BMP layouts for solar projects were created. Meg's research background includes a Graduate Researcher role at the UCI Advanced Power and Energy Program, focusing on machine learning applications in nuclear physics, and a Computational Physics Researcher position at Davidson College, exploring mixed density networks for nuclear data analysis. Research experience also includes a summer internship at Nevis Labs, Columbia University, and an education internship at Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute teaching advanced astrophysics topics. Meg holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Davidson College.
