Janyce Spencer, PE, currently serves as Vice President and Principal Engineer at Revamp Engineering, Inc., where responsibilities include being the Engineer of Record for various energy systems and developing project proposals. Prior experience includes positions at Sungevity as Professional Engineering Manager and Civil/Structural Engineer, where structural calculations for building upgrades and rooftop PV systems were prepared. Janyce began their career at KPFF Consulting Engineers as Project Engineer, conducting structural calculations and preparing documents for significant construction projects. Additional roles at Duquette Engineering, BORM Associates, and multiple internships provided foundational experience in structural analysis and documentation. Janyce holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
