Kelly Nix has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kelly began their career as a Public Relations Manager Intern at the South Carolina Aquarium in 2002. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as the Director of Public Relations for Palmetto Adult and Children's Urology. In 2007, Kelly joined Varsity Spirit as a Sales and Service Representative, where they focused on brand development and utilized various software for sales planning. In 2017, they transitioned to LabCorp as a Key Account Executive, where they educated and up sold accounts, while coordinating efforts across different departments for customer support. Most recently, Kelly has been working at REV Federal Credit Union since 2019, initially as a Public Relations Coordinator and later as a Public and Employer Relations Officer.

Kelly Nix attended the College of Charleston from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
