Paul Caskey is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in investment management and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Palliative Care South Australia since October 2022, Paul has been the Chief Investment Officer at ReturnToWorkSA since June 2012, overseeing a substantial investment portfolio valued at approximately $3 billion. Previous roles include Director of the Blind Welfare Foundation from June 2014 to November 2022, where Paul managed funds for services supporting blind and vision-impaired individuals, and Investment Manager at State Trustees, overseeing over $1 billion in managed funds from April 2004 to June 2012. Paul began their career as an Investment Analyst at Financial Synergy and as a Management Accountant at ESSSuper. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Applied Finance & Investment from Kaplan Professional and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.
