Shadi Massalha has been working in the software engineering field since 2005. Shadi began their career at We! Consulting Group as a Senior Developer and Software Designer. In 2008, they moved to Blue Phoenix Co. as an R&D Main Architect. From 2011 to 2019, Shadi worked at 1 2 3 Completed as a Chief Architect, Technical Leader, and Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they worked with product management offices and served as a bridge between the PM and R&D teams. Shadi'smain customers were R&D departments and CTO offices. In 2016, Shadi joined Technicolor as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at ReturnGO.

Shadi Massalha attained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Software Engineering from Sami Shamoon College of Engineering between 1999 and 2004.
