Kerstin Porter has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1996 as Controller, Latin America for Marcam Solutions, Inc. Kerstin then moved on to become Business Finance Director for Lightbridge, Inc. in 2000. In 2005, they took on the role of Controller/Finance Director for IMO Corporation. In 2006, they began working for RSA, The Security Division of EMC, first as Finance Director, RSA Products Group, and then as Consumer Division Finance Director. In 2012, they became Global Process Lead for Dell EMC, responsible for the successful global implementation of the SAP order-to-cash ERP system. Finally, in 2014, they joined RSA Security as Senior Director and Program Lead, leading an enterprise-wide transformation program to simultaneously achieve application independence from Dell while enabling company separation into four independent operating units. In 2022, they took on the role of Head of Finance and Operations for Return Protocol.

Kerstin Porter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
