Dawn Leslie has extensive experience in product support and quality assurance, currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at Return on Investment Ltd since October 2012. Throughout their tenure, Dawn has also held roles as CRM & Applications Specialist, Test Analyst, and Quality Executive. Prior experience includes working as a 2nd Assistant Manager at McDonald's from December 2008 to September 2012, Store Manager at Topps Tiles Plc from February 2007 to November 2008, and Call Centre Team Leader at Aquilo plc from September 2003 to January 2007. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Sports Science from the University of Chester, completed in 2003, and a secondary education with GCSEs and A-Levels from Sandbach High School.
