Stephen Gabriel is the Community Development Group Manager at RETTEW Associates, Inc., a position held since July 2005, where leadership is provided to professionals skilled in community planning, municipal finances, and project management. From September 1995 to June 2005, Stephen served as the Township Manager for Upper Leacock Township. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marine Resource Management from Oregon State University, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Penn State University, and a certificate in Municipal Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
