Joshua Andrews is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in technical services, solutions architecture, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at RetroFit Technologies, Inc., Joshua oversees multiple teams, cultivates a positive work environment, and coordinates vendor relationships while focusing on solution design for Microsoft, HPE, VMware, and Azure. Previously, Joshua held roles including Engineering Manager and Solutions Architect, where responsibilities included designing highly-available IT solutions and managing client engagements. Joshua’s career began as a Systems Administrator and a Web Programmer, complemented by a comprehensive academic background, including a Master's degree in Information Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of New Hampshire.
