Shane Thompson is the current President at Retriev Technologies, and they have been in this role since January 2020.

Shane has an extensive background in the recycling industry, having served as Managing Director at Call2Recycle, Inc from January 2020 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were Vice President Corporate Development at Battery Solutions, LLC from March 2015 to April 2019. Shane also served as President at Heritage Battery Recycling from January 2021 to October 2021.

Shane's career began at RBRC (Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corp) where they served as Northeast Regional Recycling Manager from January 2005 to September 2007. Shane then went on to Kinsbursky Brothers where they served as VP from January 2007 to February 2013. After that, they became a Partner at RediMet from January 2014 to August 2017. Most recently, Shane was President at Verdant Holdings Ltd from March 2013 to January 2020 before taking on their current role at Retriev Technologies.

Shane is a highly experienced and respected leader in the recycling industry, with a proven track record of success in various roles. Shane is passionate about finding innovative solutions for materials management, and they have been instrumental in driving growth and profitability for all the companies they have worked for.

Shane Thompson attended the University of Pittsburgh for their legal studies and then went on to the Colorado School of Mines for further education in the field.
