Leandro (Leo) Altobelli has extensive work experience in various industries. Leandro (Leo) began their career in 1995 as the Director of Business Development at ReTrans, Inc., a leading transportation services and logistics management firm. In 1995, they also became the President of C5 Supply Chain Solutions, where they helped companies design and implement supply chain solutions and cost-effective transportation management programs. In 1997, Altobelli joined Sandhill Realty Inc. as a Real Estate Broker, specializing in commercial and residential real estate brokerage services. In 2011, they became the Managing Partner at APT Management Corporation, where they provided innovative and motivated management services for residential, commercial, and retail properties.

Leandro (Leo) Altobelli began their education at Dante Alighieri Academy from 1980 to 1984. Following that, from 1984 to 1988, they attended Seneca Polytechnic where they obtained a degree in Business Administration (BAD).
