Lu Ann Houk currently serves in the role of AEP Renewal Customer Service at RetireMed, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Lu Ann Houk enjoyed a long career in the insurance industry, working as an Associate Agent at Wyatt Insurance Group from January 2010 to July 2021 and at Nationwide Financial from August 1999 to January 2010. Since May 2021, Lu Ann Houk has been retired. Educationally, Lu Ann Houk earned an Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology/Science from Kettering College between 1975 and 1977, and completed studies at Fairmont West High School.
