Mark Torok is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial real estate and legal counsel. Recently retired as Chief Executive Officer after a career spanning multiple leadership roles, Mark currently serves as CEO and Chief Legal Officer at Southern Star Self Storage Investment Company, focusing on specialized investment opportunities in self storage. Previously, Mark held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Hartman Income REIT, where responsibilities included corporate governance, acquisitions, and SEC reporting. Mark also founded The Torok Law Firm P.C., specializing in real estate law, and served as Director of Regulatory Compliance at USAA. Mark holds a Juris Doctor degree from Willamette University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gettysburg College.
