Duane Drozdowski, CPM, has extensive experience in property management and senior housing, with a career spanning over three decades. Retired since June 2023, Duane Drozdowski served as Senior Vice President at Property Management, Inc. from June 1996 to June 2023. Prior to that role, Duane Drozdowski directed senior housing initiatives at the Redevelopment Authority of Cumberland County from December 1991 to June 1996. Educationally equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from The Ohio State University, obtained between 1982 and 1987, Duane Drozdowski also possesses foundational knowledge from Brecksville High School.
