Olivier Cathelineau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the housing and urban development sectors. As CEO and Founder of monLogement.ai since May 2018, Olivier leads an innovative company specializing in digital solutions for social housing. Additionally, Olivier serves as a Partner in Tech & Strategy at UpFactor since July 2020. From January 2007 to March 2019, Olivier worked at Paris Habitat - OPH in various roles including Chef de service, where responsibilities included managing complex rehabilitation projects with significant budgets, and overseeing new construction programs. Olivier holds an engineering degree from INSA Lyon, a Master 1 in Economics - Management from Paris-Sud University, a Master 2 in Industrial and Urban Environmental Sciences from INSA Lyon, and has participated in an exchange year at the University of Bristol.
