Steven Kinealy has extensive work experience in compliance and operations roles within the recruitment industry. Steven is currently serving as the Group head of Audit and Compliance at Retinue since April 2023. In terms of additional certifications, Steven obtained the Adult and paediatric Basic Life Support Trainer certification from Aid in July 2014. Steven also obtained the HABC Level 3 Award in First Aid at work from Ofqual in the same month and year. In August 2013, Steven acquired the Phlebotomist Level 2 certification. Additionally, in May 2013, they obtained the Moving and Handling Instructor certification. The institutions responsible for awarding the latter two certifications are not specified.
