Kelly Fischer is an experienced professional in environmental science and heritage tourism, currently serving as the Heritage Tourism Manager at Rethos since September 2021, after holding the position of Outreach & Education Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Specialist at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, focusing on compliance and enforcement within the Tanks Compliance and Enforcement Unit, as well as various roles in outdoor leadership, sustainability research, and community development. Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Geology from the University of Minnesota Morris and has a diverse background in project management, environmental protection, community engagement, and educational programming.
