Shivika Malhotra is an experienced Business Development Manager currently working at RethinkPassion since May 2023. Prior to this role, Shivika served as Assistant Manager of Business Development at TUF Group from July 2021 to May 2023 and completed a short tenure in business development at Campus-Corporate in June 2020. Additionally, Shivika gained initial experience as a Summer Intern at Bonn Nutrients Pvt Ltd in mid-2020. Educationally, Shivika pursued an MBA in International Marketing from University Business School, Panjab University from 2019 to 2021, and attended the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade for a short-term program in late 2020. Shivika holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines, earned between 2016 and 2019.
