Sergio Leite, M.Sc., has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Sergio has held various senior management and leadership positions in both Brazilian and international companies.

Most recently, Sergio worked as a Senior Information Technology Consultant at Rethink Tecnologia. In this role, they analyzed clients' needs and recommended IT solutions aligned with their objectives. Sergio also provided guidance and direction for projects, solving complex technical problems.

Prior to that, Sergio served as a Senior IT Manager at Argo Solutions, where they managed the technology area and led a team of 65 professionals. Sergio focused on improving software development processes, particularly in testing and DevOps, to increase automation levels.

Sergio also has experience as a Senior Software Development Manager at Daitan Group. Sergio was responsible for managing and integrating teams in Brazil and Canada in developing a SaaS/Cloud Native/Multitenant solution for Anti-Money Laundering for financial institutions in the USA.

Additionally, Sergio has held leadership positions at IMPAR CAPITAL, NEORISC Technology, Itaú BBA, Banco BNP Paribas, HSBC, and Bank Crédit Commercial de France (CCF). In these roles, they led engineering teams, managed software development projects, and implemented quality assurance processes.

Sergio's work experience also includes teaching roles at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho, where they were a professor in undergraduate and graduate programs.

Sergio Leite, M.Sc. is an individual with a diverse educational background. Sergio obtained their Master's degree in Computing Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they pursued from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Universidade UNG.

Before focusing on computing-related fields, Sergio took a different path and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Universidade UNG, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Sergio completed this degree from 1989 to 1991.

Going further back in their educational timeline, Sergio attended Colégio Progresso from 1987 to 1988, where they completed a Technical High School program in Data Processing.

In addition to their formal education, Sergio has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. Sergio obtained a basic certification in Python from HackerRank in May 2021. In April 2014, they achieved a TOEFL certification from ETS, indicating their proficiency in English. Furthermore, in October 2010, they earned an ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN, specializing in IT Service Management.
