Tara Chaussalet is a Green Transition Associate Fund Manager at Rethink Ireland, responsible for managing Green Transition Funds to support social and environmental nonprofit innovations. Previous roles include Social Impact Analyst focused on green transition and equality investment, Programmes Executive at Open Door overseeing community food projects, and Community Fridge Project Manager at Global Canopy. Prior experience includes research and consultancy positions aimed at enhancing accountability in deforestation policies and training in effective climate communications. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability and Spanish from the University of Exeter and is pursuing further studies in Future Food Sustainability and Climate Entrepreneurship.
