Jill N. has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as a Management Consultant with Accenture. Jill then worked at Education Pioneers as an EdTech Fellow in 2017. In 2018, they were employed by Sesame Workshop in a role related to Strategy & Venture. In 2020, they held positions at both Firework Ventures as a Venture Fellow and at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in the Urban Investment Group. Currently, they are working as a Principal at Rethink Impact, LP, where they focus on investing in female leaders using technology to address global challenges.

Jill N.'s education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Economics from Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, a Visiting Student program at the University of Oxford studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, and completing high school at The Lawrenceville School.
