Christopher MacAloon

Vice President Of Customer Success at Rethink First

Christopher MacAloon has a diverse work experience, starting as a Digital Media Intern at NBCUniversal Media, LLC for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008. Christopher then transitioned to Winsby Inc, where they served as an Account Manager from 2010 to 2011. Following this, they joined Easter Seals Bay Area, holding roles such as Administrative Coordinator, Contract Compliance Manager, and Director of Operational Effectiveness from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Rethink First as a Product Manager, later advancing to roles such as Director of Business Development, Senior Director of Customer Success, and currently as Vice President of Customer Success. Their expertise lies in customer success, business development, and operational effectiveness.

Christopher MacAloon studied Psychology at Pitzer College. In 2021, Christopher obtained a K1 Advanced Management Program certification from K1 Investment Management. Additionally, Christopher holds certifications as a 6 Boxes Certified Coach from The Performance Thinking Network, LLC, and as a Balanced Scorecard Professional from the Balanced Scorecard Institute.
