Colin McLean has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries. Colin currently works as a Client Success Manager at Retention.com since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Services Specialist at Catalent Pharma Solutions from January 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they were an Injury Prevention Associate at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) from August 2021 to December 2021.

From September 2019 to August 2021, Colin worked as a Research Associate at KGK Science Inc., where they generated protocols and investigator's brochures for natural supplements and assisted in writing final reports, white papers, and manuscripts. Colin also had a role as a Research Intern at KGK Science Inc. from May 2018 to September 2019.

Colin's earlier experiences include working as a Research Assistant at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) from November 2017 to April 2018, a Retail Support Specialist at London Ice Cream Company from May 2017 to August 2017, an Account Manager and an Inside Sales Representative at Trane from June 2015 to May 2016 and August 2014 to June 2015 respectively.

Additionally, Colin has worked as a Co-Op Engineer at Purifics from September 2011 to December 2011, a Process Control Engineering Student at NOVA Chemicals from January 2011 to April 2011, and an Engineering Assistant at GreenField Ethanol Inc. from May 2010 to August 2010.

Colin McLean completed their Bachelor of Medical Science degree in Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences from Western University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering with an Environmental Engineering Option from the University of Waterloo between 2007 and 2012.
