Joseph Lee is the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance at RetailStat since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Capital Management and Enterprise FP&A at S&P Global from March 2018 to October 2023, where responsibilities encompassed company budgeting, financial forecasting, and Board of Directors presentations. Prior roles at S&P Global also involved directorship in capital management, including merger refinancing, and corporate development during significant mergers such as the $44B merger with IHS Markit. Earlier in Joseph Lee's career, positions in investment banking at Citi included involvement in notable M&A transactions, while service in the ROC Army and a financial analyst role at Dell provided additional foundational experience. Joseph Lee holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a double Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Administration from National Taiwan University.
