Alexander S. Arancio has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Alexander S. began their career as a Senior Real Estate Manager at Acme Markets in 2000 and later moved on to roles such as Real Estate Manager at The Home Depot, where they played a crucial role in revamping the logistics network and opening distribution centers. Alexander S. then worked as a Real Estate Manager at Party City and a Real Estate Consultant at Sarku Japan Restaurants before joining Wakefern Food Corp. as a Regional Real Estate Executive. At Wakefern, they were responsible for retail store growth and expansion programs in multiple locations. Alexander also served as the Principal at Applied Logistics Experts, LLC before becoming the owner of Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Their most recent position was as a Real Estate Development Leader at Inter IKEA Group, where they focused on developing real estate in the United States. In April 2023, Alexander will begin a new role as a Senior Analyst at RetailStat.
