Lionel Coelho is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the People Lead for Retailo Technologies in the UAE since April 2022, Lionel has a strong background in HR operations and onboarding, having previously held the position of Senior HR Operations/HR Generalist at fetchr from April 2017 to October 2021. Additional experience includes roles as HR Executive at Larsen & Toubro and Administrative Assistant at Powertech, among others. Lionel has demonstrated expertise in employee onboarding, recruitment, payroll management, and maintaining HR records, alongside a foundational education in Business/Commerce from St Pauls High School.
