Prem Naidoo has a strong background in sales operations and business consulting. Prem has worked in various roles and companies, including RetailNext as Sales Operations Director, Snapt as Director Sales Operations, MTN as a Sales Operations business consultant, Sage as Sales Operations / Business Consultant, Infinea as a Busines Consultant, and IMX Software as Sales Operations / Business Consultant. Prem also served as Director of Sales Operations Management for Africa and the Middle East at Sage. Prior to that, they held the position of General Manager - Global Sales Operations at Business Connexion and Snr. Sales Excellence Manager at Microsoft South Africa. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Operations Executive at Gijima.

Prem Naidoo attended Damelin from 1993 to 1994, where they obtained a Diploma in Financial Management with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
