Mark Mears currently serves as the Facilities & Postroom Manager at EMAP since April 2018, after previously holding various roles in facilities management. From March 2009 to April 2018, Mark worked at Incentive FM, and prior to that, held positions at EMAP and Brook Street Bureau PLC. In a voluntary capacity, Mark was the Team Leader at Beginners2Runners from February 2015 to December 2018, supporting individuals in reaching their running objectives. Mark's educational background includes an NVQ L2 in Team Leadership from TPS Learn (2015-2016) and studies at West Kent College and Uplands Community College.
