Francina Johnson has held a variety of roles in different companies throughout their career. Currently working at Retail Systems Inc. as a Software Support Tech./Controller, Francina troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues. Prior to that, Francina worked as a Delivery Driver at Swanson Inmate Commissary Service and as a Customer Service Representative at Verizon Wireless. With a background in office duties and customer service, Francina holds an Associates Degree in Computer Administrative Specialist from Centura College.
