Lacey Bacchus has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Lacey started their career in 2000 at SouthTrust Bank, where they worked in marketing until 2005. After that, they joined Vulcan Park and Museum as a Marketing Manager, focusing on increasing attendance and promoting events and donations. In 2007, they became the sole marketing professional at Barfield, Murphy, Shank & Smith, where they represented the company in the community and planned strategic public and media relations. Lacey then joined Southern Veterinary Partners in 2015 as the Director of Marketing, where they played a crucial role in the company's rapid growth and managed various marketing programs and public relations efforts. In 2019, Lacey became the Director of Marketing and Business Development at BHATE Geosciences Corporation. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, Community Partnerships at Retail Strategies, where they work towards positioning deserving towns as appealing locations for national businesses and delivering unparalleled customer service.

Lacey Bacchus holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Jacksonville State University. Lacey also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Business from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Real Estate Salesperson from the Alabama Real Estate Commission.
