Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where Micha supports innovation projects across various sectors. Micha is the owner and founder of managination, a firm dedicated to enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha has also contributed to various advisory positions, such as Blockchain Advisory Board member at the IIB Council and advisor at PioneerVentures.io. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has further education in Fintech from MIT and project management certification from PMI.
